Are We In a Housing Bubble?

The U.S. housing market has recovered nicely since the Great Recession of 2009.

With most Americans unable to afford houses in large cities, and valuations becoming stretched due to low interest rates, are we in a new housing bubble?

What will happen as GDP sinks during the next recession?  Have low interest rates made housing too expensive?
