Every other minute, a woman or girl dies as a result of pregnancy complications or childbirth. Why has the global decline in maternal mortality stalled?

Sad thing is most of these women do not have ample care to their body during pregnancy... Either a conceiving woman is too old to have a baby or the girl is too young to conceive. In Africa , most local women particularly living in the remote areas do not have access to medicines or doctors to help them..
