High any vitamin levels can be linked to bad stuff.

fish such as sardines, tuna, salmon are the foods that most concentrate vitamin D, other sources are dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, cream)

Indeed, eat healthy and do exercises ... that is essential to a good health. 

Exercise helps our body to gain more strength.
