Eve took a hit making her less effective. On top of that people are really starting to understand how to deal with her, as well as dragon comps lowering her overall damage output. She’s dropping from S-tier to A.
Pyke took a hit, and his starting mana means that he now needs a lot more time to ult early on in the fight. Since the greatest value for your assassins is generated early on, Pyke is dropping from A+ to A-.
Despite Pantheon’s significant nerfs, he is still a force to be reckoned with so we will be leaving him at S for the powerful dragon buff he provides. Will adjust as the meta develops.
Lissandra has been showing up as a core unit in several comps. Her sequential buffs have made her a force to be reckoned with, so we are moving her to S tier.
Ashe has been proven herself as a strong carry with uncapped Rageblade and is now S-tier.
