Want to buy a whole village? Go to Spain!!
In what looks like an urban explorers wet dream, Galicia in Spain has over 2000 abandonded villages, some of which are up for sale for as little as 50000 Euro.
That's right, for as little as 50000 Euro you can own a whole village! Be Lord of your own manor, its a control freaks utopia!
I'd never heard or seen of this part of the world but it looks very much like Yorkshire with its rolling hills, woodlands and meadows and its sad to see so many once thriving little countryside communities now reduced to decaying and dilapidated piles of bricks but now at least one company is trying to market these hamlets and villages and hopefully get people to restore them and live here.
