Its vibrant in its red color and can enhance the look of food. One of my favorite fruits, it is versatile to use in my kitchen.You can never go wrong if you use it as cake toppings, as ingredients for your smoothie as well as making desserts... Very healthy as well because it is rich in Vitamin C and other minerals such as potassium, folic acid and anti oxidants that ptrotect our body from radicals..
