nueroplasticity is incredible. I was first introduced to it on the CBC show The Nature Of Things with David Suzuki. The concept makes sense but seeing proof of the concept is wild.
Oh wow ill have to check that out. Im still trying to learn how to do it. I think it could really help the pain issue i have. Also just getting into binaural beats and different frequencies. A few different ones relieved pain immediately. Ahh the UNKNOWN, here we come.

Cool :), thanks for sharing! Ive also read some on the vagus nerve lol. Whatever i have is affecting the whole nervous system. The Wim Hoff method also stimulates the vagus nerve. I did cold showers and his breathing techniques for a few weeks and had some major improvements. Crazy how much different energy work affects the crap. Yeah it is a cool site. Definitely gonna watch the vids :). Thanks again
