There has been friction between the Brits and the French fishermen in this region...not allowing the brits to fish in relation with their Brexit.. since they will no longer be part of EU.. this issue with the dolphins might just be a prohibition not to fish in the region.

That is so sad. 2 big NATO allies fighting over fishing rights.
The issue is the Brits wanted to retain most of its rights after Brexit.. and hesitates to pay back the subsidies they got from EU which is in billions of Euros.. Lol!
