I am not a rapper, and I cannot say exactly who the best rapper is. But I also listened to rap music. I am not sure about Tyler The Creator's statement regarding Eminem. But everybody knows how popular Eminem is. He is the best selling rap artist of all time. Couldn't that be a testament of a great rapper he is.

Yes, he is pointing out that Jay Z is the great one. I am not a fan of Jay Z, as I only find him to be overrated. He had some great tunes, but some of his songs doesn't sound nice to me. Besides, Eminem has different kind of rap from Jay Z.
