Offgrid Living on the Big Island of Hawaii - Fish Made Three Ways for Dinner
I caught a Nenue spearfishing yesterday and here is the dinner I made from it.
From left to right:
- Somen Noodles
- Spicy Poke Sushi (made with the meat from the bones)
- Fried Nenue Nuggets (made with part of the fillet)
- Steamed Nenue Chinese Style
This was a delicious dinner.
