The Radical Climate Alarmists destroyed the economies of many towns in the NorthWest. They drove logging companies out of business that the towns depended upon. They said that cutting down trees was BAD.
It turns out that the increase in CO2 has increased the amount of trees on the planet tremendously. CO2 helps trees to grow.
Logic would dictate that if you want more trees you want more CO2.
In the article you posted it attributes some of the gains in forests due to "climate warming enables trees to grow higher up on mountains."
I also wonder how many squares miles existed before from say 1800 - 1982 in order to truly compare numbers. And unfortunately, as per the same article, the gains in forestry merely equal the losses of tropic jungle, so this article supports the CO2 climate warming theory you typically don't support.

wrong.
regarding warming....i don't think so. (pesky thermometers)
irregardless..the point remains...MoreCO2...more trees.
(i'm actually OK with Global warming..bring it ON!)
