Diet is an integrated system that helps healthy body growth

 It helps the human to perform his daily tasks

Without feeling tired

But sometimes there is a deadly diet for the body

Helps destroy it and adversely affect human health

Therefore we must follow a healthy diet based on healthy grounds

Helps the body get enough energy

And helps him to perform his day well

The diet also needs some help stuff

To complete correctly

Such as sports until the mind and body grow together

Proper diet does not depend on body size

There are people who have obesity and yet have anemia

There are people whose bodies are skinny, healthy and free from disease

Some doctors have developed a healthy diet

Depends on all the foods the body needs

It relies on fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, starches and home food

When applying a diet, follow these steps

1 - Eat various foods without excessive

2 - not to increase the intake of sugars and fats

3 - Increasing the intake of water

4- Exercise daily

5 - not to eat food while watching television so as not to address a very large amount

Breakfast

Lunch

A quarter of a chick and eat a small amount of green pea, carrots, potatoes and vegetables

Dinner

Dinner is like eating breakfast, but should be taken before bedtime for 3 hours
