how to lose weight
For people, I have a good weight loss program.
Food program:
Breakfast: 100 g oatmeal, banana, 250 m skim milk, 4 egg whites, 3 fruit.
Food: green salad (lettuce, cucumber, broccoli), 50 g rice, 250 g chicken breast, 2 apples.
Before Exercise: Cup of Coffee, Banana.
After exercise: green salad, 100 g tuna, 4 eggs whites.
Dinner: Cup of skim milk, apple.
Tips: Drink plenty of water, give up processed sugars and soft drinks, mindset.
