The world record for the longest chicken flight is 13 seconds with a distance of over 300 feet. The chicken that set the record was a bantam named Sheena, who was owned by Bill and Bob Knox of Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. Sheena's flight took place on May 31, 1985, at a poultry show in Parkesburg.
