DEXEOS FAQs

Welcome! Problems and questions occur, here are a few answers to save you time.

1. The buy/sell button isn’t responding.
   a. Try refreshing the page.
   b. Check that all the necessary information is entered completely and absolutely correct.
   c. Check if you are signed into Scatter.

2. Does DEXEOS charge any fees?
   a. No, DEXEOS does not currently charge any fees, however, we plan to charge in the future. Happy trading!
   b. Also, be sure to find out which tokens or currencies charge a tax. Again DEXEOS is free, but some currencies and tokens charge a tax. Example: Everipedia (IQ) with a tax of 0.1%.

3. When will DEXEOS release its own token?
   a. We will announce our token release date soon.

4. When can we start voting for block producers?
   a. We will let you know in the near future :)

5. Does the currency or token need a signing method like Scatter to be added onto DEXEOS?
   a. Yes, you can sign into DEXEOS through Scatter, EOSign, or the "Ledger Nano S" hardware wallet.
   b. The hardware wallet "Ledger Nano S" supports EOS and uses "https://create-eos-account-for.me" to make accounts.
   c. We will support other authentication tools and mobile wallets such as Lynx and EOSCAT soon.

6. Is the speed of DEXEOS the same as EOS speed?
   a. Yes

7. On DEXEOS, are tokens being exchanged between EOS accounts with no external resources?
   a. Yes

8. Can I trade on DEXEOS with my phone?
   a. We will be releasing an app and mobile web version (iPhone and Android) for DEXEOS in the near future.
   b. Right now, you can use Scatter mobile to trade, but it's still under beta testing. We don't recommend using it until the official version is released.
