OLG München: Werbeblocker im Internet NICHT rechtswidrig! 👍

Das Kölner Software-Unternehmen Eyeo darf seinen Internet-Werbeblocker Ad-Block Plus weiter anbieten.
Das Oberlandesgericht München entschied gegen die Klage mehrerer Medienunternehmen.
Auch ist es Eyeo demnach erlaubt, Werbung durch den Eintrag in eine sogenannte Whitelist gegen Geld wieder zu ermöglichen.
Eyeo betreibt eine unentgeltliche Opensource Software, die der Unterdrückung von Werbeeinblendungen beim Aufruf einer
Internetseite dient.
Die Süddeutsche Zeitung, ProSiebenSat 1 und eine RTL-Tochter hatten Schadenersatz von Eyeo verlangt.

Is ja lustig, hab gar ned mitbekommen das da etwas am laufen war.
Aber eigentlich war es absehbar, bis irgend jemand den AdBlocker verbieten möchte. Am Ende sind es aber die User die ihn benutzen, weil sie von der hirnrissen Werbeindustrie angepisst sind. Man kann den Pöbel doch ned zwingen, Werbung zu tolerieren. Ist doch ein Statment des Volkes wenn den jeder Nutzt. Für Youtube z.B habe ich ihn aus, um die Menschen dort zu unterstützen die ich mir reinziehe.
ganz ehrlich, die Medien übertreiben es dermaßen mit ihrer Werbung auf ihren Seiten, weil sie es nicht schaffen zahlende Abonnenten zu bekommen. Echt nicht mehr witzig. Um auf solchen Seiten an den echten "Inhalt" (welcher doch am Ende auch nur ne Kopie von der dpa oder einer anderen (englischen) Seite ist) zu kommen , muss man sich regelrecht mit Schild und Schwert durchkämpfen! Dann ist es doch aber auch völlig logisch, dass es Firmen gibt, die Schwert und Schild genau für diesen Zweck entwickeln! 😂😂 Ich finde es geschieht denen recht. Die müssen sich einfach ne bessere Strategie überlegen. 😉 Verdienen wohl doch zu wenig mit ihren Bullshitformaten wie z.B. Promi Big Brother! 😂😂
Seh ich genauso, wers nicht drauf hat mit Content und anständigem Marketing zu punkten, braucht die Werbefluut...mich erreicht damit aber niemand :D
