Portrait of Ukrainian economy

in #destasteem6 years ago
From the TV screen every day a lot of information and disinformation come to the viewers. On some channels, the "talking head" assures us that daily life is getting better and more enjoyable (this policy and the services of spin doctors, political scientists, experts, analysts and other experts in their field), on the other hand various events talk show,large-scale performances, carnivals, TV shows, lots of humor, sports and entertainment events in order to distract people from evil thoughts and the thought that in our country something is not as it should be. And just about the economy all prefer to remain silent, knowing that the subject is selfless and, in the opinion of the channel owners, is not attractive to the masses.

Clearly, the question of the unsatisfactory state of the state's economy not only appeals to the strata of society, which steals other people's goods into turbulent times and is well known for the accumulation of primary capital. This can cover up to 5% of the top segment of society, and over 80% of the population barely meet the needs or are really starving.

So, if one is not interested in the economy, then it will not be better in the future, or worse, than it is today. It is amazing why people take this for granted, do not grumble, do not demand economic freedom from the authorities, but like slaves, with their humility to bear the existence of those who are insulted to the extreme. They live by principle - God tolerates and tells us. Slave and coward position.

We must ask those who give us a "cheerful life." Where was promised in 1991, when Ukraine got the heaviest part of the economic cake among the former republic after divorce from the evil empire? Who is to blame for the fact that the country finds itself in Europe's backyard?

One can not understand the whole tragedy of what happens without numbers, which, as you know, is a stubborn thing that characterizes the economic downturn of the once rich country.

Therefore, I offer to readers of modern Ukrainian portraits:

The area is 603.6 thousand square kilometers (the largest country in Europe).
Population - is not known exactly, but according to various estimates actually live 25-42 million people .. Spread in that number is caused by the absence of census data from the cash population. The authorities do not care.
Sectoral economic structure: agriculture - 12%, industry - 26%, service sector - 62%.
The state of the industry has gradually transformed into the poorest and most agrarian industry in Europe.

Forms of ownership: private - 92%, public - 8%.
. The nominal GDP structure: the total volume of 2.1 trillion grn obtained in 2016, at a consumption used - 87%, accumulated - 9%, another goal - 4%.
Production per capita GDP (at 42 million people) amounts to about 50 thousand UAH per capita, which is approximately 80% of the 1991 rate at a comparable price.

If at the end of the 80s part of the GDP of Ukraine in world production was 2%, but now - 0.2%.
Industrial production of machinery, vehicles, and machinery products continues to decline, and hence, the total share of the old branches increases-metallurgical, chemical, mining and food industries. Their specific weight exceeds 30% of the total production of industrial products.

In the total number of small industrial enterprises (42 thousand) dominate - about 90%. The large number decreased from 347 in 2010 to 230 in 2016 and less than 0.5% of all companies.
The share of industrial value added in the total GDP structure is reduced (from 36% in 2010 to 20% by 2016). The number of unprofitable companies> 40% of the total, their losses exceed 17% of the country's GDP, the level of profitability does not reach 1%.Companies that are actively actively making no more than 17% of the sample over the last 10 years. Import exceeds exports, which causes currency losses. The high inflation rate reduces the real, and without a nominal minimum wage.

On the general background of world economy, Ukraine looks like this:

  • index of economic freedom - 162
  • index of ease of doing business - 83
  • global competitiveness index - 79
  • human development index - 82
  • the rule of law index is 146
  • corruption promotion index - 79
  • index of happiness - 126.
It is interesting to note that the situation with the index not only does not improve, but, on the contrary, continues to deteriorate. This refutes the propaganda myth of court analysts about our economic success. No one really thinks about his prosperity, and does not know how to influence the market mechanisms that drive the well-being of all, not just the bourgeoisie.

The above objective data illustrates our economic portrait, on the basis of which we can declare:

  • has a pale appearance, signifies a serious illness.
  • treating a doctor can not in any way establish an accurate disease diagnosis.
  • daily delays with diagnosis threaten patients with fatal outcomes.
  • doctors seek and can not find the appropriate treatment protocol.
*indigenous patients expect miracles of recovery.
Maybe it's better to change a doctor?

Regards
