Saludos profe , gracias por tu apreciación hacia mi práctica de esta semana. El quesillo venezolano queda más firme y compacto, este pudin queda más ligero en cuando a consistencia, el quesillo venezolano tiene un sabor más dulce según mi paladar, me gustaría que lo puedas probar algún día!
Em cuanto a costos, está receta es más asequible porque lleva ingredientes que son accesibles. Lo que no me gustó es que no rinde mucho , es decir, que la cantidad es para una porción pequeña de postre!
