Cada vez que tenemos un poco de tiempo nos ponemos a buscar concursos de diseño en Steemit. Ayer encontramos este en donde @johnstone incentiva a la comunidad a diseñar un logo tipo banner que sera usado al final de sus las publicaciones del Steemit Russia Team.
Aca les presentamos un rápido proceso de diseño de un logotipo basado en tipografías que se pueden conseguir facilmente en cualquier computadora del mundo ya que son de las que vienen preestablecidas, solo tuvímos que agregarle un poco de creatividad, personalidad y un par de horas de trabajo.
Every time we have a little time we start looking for design contests at Steemit. Yesterday we found this one where @johnstone encourages the community to design a banner logo that will be used at the end of their Steemit Russia Team posts.
Here we present a quick design process of a logo based on typographies that can be easily found in any computer in the world as they are the ones that come pre-established, we only had to add a little creativity, personality and a couple of hours of work.
Pongamos manos a la obra
Hicimos un logo tipográfico porque son muchas palabras y hacer algo más gráfico no hubiera sido de nuestro agrado/estilo, incluso pensamos en hacer alguna ilustración del Kremlin o algo asi bien Ruso, pero tampocó nos parecia muy adecuado, además que cuando piensas en Rusia lo primero en que piensas es en el Kremlin así que ya es muy obvio.
Let's get down to work
We made a typographic logo because there are many words and making something more graphic would not have been to our liking/style, we even thought about making some illustrations of the Kremlin" or something like that in Russian, but it didn't seem very appropriate to us, besides that when you think about Russia the first thing you think about is the Kremlin so it is very obvious.
Decidimos diseñar algo un poco más sencillo que esa primera idea, en realidad el logo esta compuesto solamente por las tipografías, la silueta geográfica de Rusia y un escudo para darle carácter.
We decided to design something a little simpler than that first idea, actually the logo is composed only of the typographies, the geographical silhouette of Russia and a shield to give it character.
Para finalizar agregamos algunos delineados, corregimos algunas proporciones, tonalidades de color y procedimos a exportar con fondo transparente para que sea interactivo con el modo diurno y nocturno de Steemit.
Finally we added some outlines, corrected some proportions, color shades and proceeded to export with transparent background to make it interactive with Steemit's day and night mode.

Aclaratoria para @johnstone y el equipo de Steemit Russia: El logo aca abajo es el que se debería utilizar para las publicaciones ya que es la mejor resolución y esta en formato PNG (transparencia), todas las imagenes previas son solo capturas de pantalla del proceso de diseño.

Side note for @johnstone and the Steemit Russia Team: The logo below is the one that should be used for the publications as it is the best resolution and is in PNG format (transparency), all the previous images are only screenshots of the design process.
