Thursday of embroidery works - Henry Stamping and embroidery combination

in #design5 years ago

Hi guys, how are you! I here with another excellent idea of embroidery in a cap, since it is our strength at work, we must always be looking for new alternatives, to try fun inventions so that customers really enjoy the publicity of their own company or product.

Thinking about all this, the store was a great friend of another well-known shop in the city's uniforms, it is an elderly person but it is always creating new and different things to sell, with respect to logo prints on uniforms.

This gentleman took the logo of a colleague printed on sublimated fabric, certainly not if you thought the logo was funny to me, this logo of Henry Bombonas, in a flat cap that usually does not work with that model of hats in particular, but if it touches, it's up to us.

We gave the design in the format indicated. DST, where you will first make a running stitch that will indicate where we should fix the figure ...

and then he will confidently do the rest...

It looks easy but at the time of the practice, everything changes, believe me, the design looks well done, we can see it in the flat test of how the logo should go.

So we are going to mount the cap on the machine and make the run to determine the exact place where the figure should go.

There are those who make the corrido and then with thick stick put about 3 droplets and set to then pass the final selvage embroidery, but we fix with a teipe that is also valid and then pass the selvedge.

Actually it was very fair and since the embroidery on a cap is curved it tends to open, so we told Mr. Juaquin that for the next the edge of the figure have more space to make the run and then cut and then embroider the selvage , just like a cloth appliqué, we also liked it very much as it was, and thinking about it well if we had placed the selvedge in black as my husband said it is less notice the details of selvedge, it is a good recommendation for the next...

It really was a great experiment, I think if I print little figures on this canvas and put them on, it would look great cartoons for girls and so on ... Much to experience yet ...

The embroidery really changed my life !!!

See you in my next experience! : D
