Interesting how a search for "agenda 51" only found an entry for "agenda 21" in wikipedia
All one has to do to know why is to know how people conduct themselves, and see that most humans are toxic waste.
Animals are not any better.
A few of them are, but not much good will come out of them either.
Most humans resemble cancer, and in the so called developed world, the decadent post development world, quite a big chunk are self destructive, which is conducive to the same result as the cancerous parts.
