Self Defense Techniques For Women

in #defense5 years ago

Facts verse presents self-defense techniques for women number one self-defense is essential; it's imperative that a woman can protect herself. Should she be walking down the street and is attacked knowing, self-defense techniques could save her life. These simple techniques mean a woman doesn't need to be large and muscular to fight off her attacker regardless of the size of that guy. There are ways that a woman can fight back; Number one there are several self-defense techniques for women that could potentially save their lives.  Number two know the attacker's vulnerable spots that a woman can hit, so she'll have a good chance of being able to get away. These are areas including; the eyes nose throat, chest knees, and groin. Hitting an attacker in these areas will help a woman have enough time to get away from her attacker before they can do any severe damage. If you can't make direct contact with any of these vulnerable spots, there are a few other moves that can help you get away. Grab the attackers wrist can make them vulnerable if the woman can grab it right.  If you can grab hold of your attackers ring and little finger with one hand and grab his index finger and middle finger with the other hand you can bend his wrists to the point that it almost breaks this is a great way to stop the attack so you can get away. If you're unable to grab your attackers hands, you can stun your attacker by hitting him in his Adam's apple. Punching him in the collarbone is also a good idea. These are two of a man's most vulnerable spots that are very easy to make contact with and will stun your attacker long enough, so you have a chance to escape. The groin is one of the most vulnerable parts of the man's body for obvious reasons.  If your attacker grabs you from the front, you should have enough space between you and your attacker to give him a headbutt then next use your knee to hit him in the groin.  This technique should cause him to drop to the ground, so you have time to get away. Another groin attack technique is to hit your attacker in the chin and then the nose with a straight palm that will knock his head back so that you have the room to hit him in the groin. Another is the arm release. If your attacker grabs you by the thumb, there is a move that will allow you to get yourself out of this grip.  If you turn your arm to the side of your attacker's thumb, you should be able to get your arm under the attacker; this will give you a chance to pull your arm out quickly so you can run away. If your attacker grabs you by both hands, it can be difficult to get out of his grasp. However when your attacker pulls your head back hard enough, you hit him in the face with the back of your head.  If you do this hard enough, he'll drop to the ground giving you a chance to get away If you don't make contact,  this move will still give you the room you need to make your next move with enough force to make the attacker stick one of his legs out. When he does this, bend down and grab his leg and pull it up. This will cause him to topple over onto the ground allowing you to run. The side attack is when your attacker comes at your side hit. With one of your elbows make contact to punch him in the nose jaw temple or chest. This should hurt him up enough that you can run away. If you are pinned against the wall, hit him in the armpit. If he is blocking you by just one hand hitting in the jaw neck or chest. Additionally, if it's possible ducked down and shoot up to headbutt your attacker leaving him stunned long enough for you to get away.  This method works if he has one or two hands blocking you to a wall.
