Yeah, I felt the same way reading the project seal documents and summary. I'd never heard of it before. It's quite astonishing. It does make one wonder about natural disasters, are they natural or unnatural? Of course , i think the majority are natural but the project does show that it is possible to artificially create tsunamis.
