Decenternet: The New Bitcoin Supporting Satoshi's Original Vision

in #decenternet6 years ago (edited)

With the recent hikes in cryptocurrency prices last December there was suddenly a renewed interest in the blockchain and everything it has to offer. Many coins and tokens hit their ATH(all time high). The buzz was amazing and it's going to happen again from all indications.

Amidst all these there is still a basic lack of understanding of the original intention of the blockchain. Many people have not cared to read the history or the white paper of the coins they cheer about. It's very important that emotions be backed by sound knowledge.

Today we will travel back in time to reveal some of the background events that lead to the creation of the first widely accepted digital currency. The problems it solved and the challenges it faced. Most importantly we will show you how it is very much related to the current new trending cryptocurrency- aka decenternet.

The Origins

In the beginning there was darkness...

That line was lifted from the Bible but it gives us a great idea of what was going on before the Advent if btc. As we all know, necessity is the mother of invention.

In 2008, the world had a massive global economic meltdown. Many people lived in penury and agnony as economies crashed and burned. The only smiling currency was USD. Of course it was bound to because it was serving as the reserve currency for other national currencies.

That same 2008 was when Bitcoin was created by the still anonymous Satoshi Nakamoto. His original intention is to create a currency system that does not pay allegience to the USD. People loved the idea after he published his original white paper in 2009. The entire world embraced this and so far it has been history.

This same way, DNet is coming in at a very vital point in the lifespan of the internet. It recently became a conscious awareness for everyone due to the recent events threatening the destruction of net neutrality.

With Decenternet and it's affiliated products like Anuvys OS, Liberty Search Engine, Osiris Browser and of course the Spyce token currency we will see a massive rise in freedom of internet expression.

The government's of the world already own lands, they own the physical properties, they even own a lot of people through social slavery and work-for-pay system. Should we allow them to own the internet too?

The Personality Factor

Sean Kim is the founder of Decenternet. The success of any currency or blockchain product is found to be alot dependent on the team. Amongst the team, the cheerleader is a very vital factor in success. If he's a scum-headed drunk then his project can't really make headway can it?

Satoshi Nakamoto was proven to be a very interesting man. The way he handled the business or rather movement of Bitcoin showed the true colors of a leader. He saw a vital need and he filled it with passion and knowledge leading a wonderful team to a glorious end for a great new idea.

Same goes for Sean Kim of DNet. It is said that much of the content of a man can be judged by what comes out of his mouth. I don't know Sean Kim personally and I doubt I will ever go meet him physically but I can already tell his kind of person.

Reading 2000 words of a person's ideas you begin to feel connected to him in some way. A South Korean by birth and inclination he's among those who introduced the blockchain technology and it's benefits to his people. Judging by that you can see that he has his people in mind.

The Currency Spyce vs Bitcoin

I don't mean to compare the gigantic Bitcoin currency with the yet-to-be-released Spyce Cryptocurrency. But everyone should definitely be on the lookout for this.

Spyce improves alot on bitcoins original proof of work mining algorithm. Unlike Bitcoin it doesn't need millions of energy to be minted. Therefore it has a lower barrier of entry and thus becomes more available to the common man.

One annoying aspect of many 'decentralized' blockchain is the fact that only a few hold it. It defeats the entire idea of decentralization. It should be in more hands and equitably distributed. With the DNet plans to distribute to a Caribbean country I think we will see more future uses for the currency.

In Conclusion...

I will love to draw the curtains here. Alot of conversations have been had about Bitcoin over the 10 years of its existence. Many have prophesied Doom at one point or another but it never happened. Even after the Mt Gox incident, Bitcoin Ros again from the ashes. At this point it's safe to say that blockchain tech will Outlast time itself.

DNet will be one of those blockchain that will truly leave a permanent mark on our world forever. Watch out for it in 2019. Make sure you own a stake.
