Student loan debts are crushing many Americans. This is a debt that cannot be forgiven, bankrupted away, or even absolved in death.
This nifty screwing of the youth of America is having an impact on housing. Since many have, what amounts to a mortgage payment, they cannot take on any more debt. It is to the point where they cannot even pay what they owe.
There are also reports of people in the medical industry in Florida losing their licences because of unpaid student loans. This means that they fall further behind since they cannot work.
