Hello buddies.Here i am again with another tutorial.This time it is medical related.And its about hypertension.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the most common problem in the world specially in subcontinant.Everybody have to be very cautious about that condition.Once it developes it can not be cured.you have to controle it in your whole life.

There is a proverb goes that...prevention is better than cure.so you have to prevent it.I described how to prevent it in my video.So please watch till the end and stay carefull about that.
