100 Day Yoga Challenge : Day 3

Tonight's yoga pose is one of my favorites, high lunge. I struggled for years with the high lunge. Never able to keep my balance for very long. The key for me is in the hips, as always remember to keep that tailbone tucked. I discovered that if I keep my hips squared and level then it's a lot easier keeping balanced.
