Japanese - Food and Wine collection.
This is a delicious healthy dish that i had for my dinner.
Seared Orange Miso Duck Breast with Sugar Pea served with Umeshu Plum Wine Sauce.
This was done to perfection and we enjoyed it very much. Yummy yummy.
This is a Goma Cabbage & Seaweed Salad. It consists of Roma Tomatoes, Seaweed and purple Cabbage, served with Goma sauce topped with Toasted Sesame and added with crispy chips.
This is very refreshing and the crispy feeling when you bite into the salad is fantastic. A nice way to start a meal.
These Japanese wine are from the traditional Japanese Rice Wine Brewery.
They are made by fermenting rice that has been polished to remove the bran. Sake is produced by a brewing process similar to beer, where starch is converted into Sugar which ferment into alcohol.
This is a closed up of the Wine display inside this restaurant. This is huge Japanese Restaurant as can be seen from the next 2 Photos.
This is the smaller area for those that do not want to have Teppanyaki. It is located just outside where they can serve the diners that want to order a meal and have some Sake to go with it.
