This is a simple looking dish of Grilled Pork Belly in Skewers with Miso Mustard Sauce. But this 3 layers Pork Belly is well reasoned and marinated before they get grilled on the skewers. The Miso Mustard Sauce is a little too strong for me. But the taste of the Pork Belly is fantastic.
