There's a lot of focus on helping minnows get out there, get their blogs known, get some views and some tractions. There's not much for long term members who've been here for a few years now. The guys and gals they started with are gone for the most part. People quit, get other projects, stop writing, you know how it goes.
Not sure what we'd call these types here. Not "minnows". "Koi fish" or something. I hear koi outlive every other fish.
In this post for tonight I'm pulling three random names off the top of my head. They've got interesting blogs, worth your time. Not new to Steem but could be new to you.
This guy writes about his kids, about his job at Starbucks, about memes and random things he sees around town. Pretty sure his whole family is on Steem by now. He's been around and writing steadily for as long as I remember. He's not botting so you're not going to see him at the top of Trending.
A friend described him as a world renowned cybersecurity expert. I don't run in those circles so I'll just take that as fact. Bet you didn't know we had one of those around here and not in the background either, writing content. Puts my phishing warnings to shame.
Most of his blog is about his every day life, thoughts, that sort of thing. Not all that exciting but he's out in the UK so that's expected. I also hear he's some sort of a professional writer (go back in his profile to read his work from the start, will keep you busy for some time).
That's it for now. Happy reading.
