Culture Of Indian countryside

In this post, I will describe culture and living style of India. I am from India from a small city. The countryside is near to me. Here people mostly depend on agriculture. India was known as agricultural country. So I am going to describe the agriculture first. I took phots of agriculture and husbandry and birds form countryside. These photos inspire me to write about counryside culture in India.

Agriculture in India-

In India agriculture is has its own importance. Even people who are in service or job and they have land and if they live in the small city they work in the agriculture field. So now u thinks what is their schedule. How they manage time for that. They work in the early morning like 5 AM to 7 AM then after they go for their job. This thing is only working with small agriculture landholders. If they have small land then they mostly do agriculture of vegetables.

If they have large agriculture land then they do the agriculture of Grains like wheat, Rice and beans. Now a question arises in your mind how they work in that such a large field. For that they take holidays from office and then works in the field they take like two days holiday and then worked. Some have more field for farming then he hier labors and man powers for that works. But this hard at that time to find labors at the cheap rate because they are also farmers. Sometimes farmers family also works in the field. Thus an Indian farmer works hard for there living.

If a person depends on agriculture only then it easy for him to manage but he gets less profit than him.

The main problem in India for agriculture is Rain. Indian farming almost depends on Rain. Sometime mansion comes early so rainy weather comes early and sometimes it becomes late.
Another big problem of farmers is many small pieces of land. Mostly farmer has not a large land. His land is in scattered in parts. So there is the problem in use for technology and improve production and reduce the time.

Mostly Indian farmers use their hand tool for small plots. If a plot is enough larger then they use tractors.

Indian farmers have the shortage of technology. They mostly use the traditional way of agriculture.

Animal Husbandry-

Most of the peasants pet an animal which gives him milk. It is almost common that a big or a small peasant pet any animal for milk. These animals are mostly Cow or Buffalo. They give them milk. The farmer feeds them the agriculture products leaves. Thus he utilizes his agriculture products.

We can also found goats and sheep. They are in more than one in numbers. A shepherd has any number of sheep. They have almost sheep in the flock. These sheep are monitored and controlled by only two people when they took out for grazing. Now the question comes in your mind how only two people manage all the sheep without any types of equipment. They have only stick nothing else but they can manage 100 sheep. One the of the best feature of sheep is that they are the follower of each other so the one who is ahead in the flock , sheep follow the shepherd and other all follow them. Thus they are managed.

If we talk about goat they are not in big flock like sheep. People mostly pet 3-4 to goats. There milk are very useful but not tasty like cow or buffallow.

In countryside people who have one pet they use their milk for self use. Some people have to 2 or more pet they sell there milk to neaerest city for wealth.

Bagula-

Bagula in english called white heron mostly found in agriculture fields. They are not found in countryside where people lives. They are very rarely found but you can find them in a group easily. This is one of the most beautiful bird in India. They are very clever and If we go near to them flew in second. I only found them in agriiculture field.

Imagine a place so steeped in art and culture that it’s known as the world’s largest open air art gallery! Tucked away in the vast semi-desert countrysideof Rajasthan, is a little known treasure chest of indian art, culture and rural farm life, a place where the medieval elegance of Rajput history meets the simplicity of backcountry charm, known as the Shekhawati region. In February is its annual festival, one of India's unique cultural festivals. I will be join it! India is great and you have just covered a sect of its culture, it has more and never ending things to explore.

Bagula you can find in Germany too. It was not common, but with the climate change he feels at home here, even in winter.
