Glimpse of a religious procession in Karnataka, India.
The religious processions are very common in India. I have seen so many religious procession in our area but this time it was in Karnataka state. During our visit to Dubare elephant camp, I saw a procession was going. It was somewhat different from any procession in our place and found it interesting for photography.
I could not understand what the occasion was as they were speaking their local language Kannada but one thing I understand that they were not allowing anybody near who was not barefoot. I was barefoot so got an opportunity to go nearby and clicked some photographs.

I was in India in December. It is a pity that he could not see such a procession. And we were only 9 days old. This is insignificantly short time for a country like India :-(
9 days even not enough to visit an Indian state like Rajasthan, Karnataka etc. India has about 20 big and 10 small states. All states have their own culture and tradition.
