Good Afternoon Cryptopub! The bears and bulls seem to have left the bar to leave us to wonder how things are going int the parking lot. Pull up a beverage and lets look at the charts.

Trade volume had dropped off as many traders are waiting to see what happens as Bitcoin is down under 3% to just over $3,400. Ripple is holding on a bit better than others at -1% while EOS is down over 8% on the day to under $2. In the Poodle Race, TRON is actually in the green today, up a third of a point in the lead while FUN is in last place, down 8.5% on the day.

It is tough not being able to analyse alts because Bitcoin can kill any organic movement and even tougher when Bitcoin is down in volume and waiting to decide where to go. So, I am, looking at the Daily Bitcoin chart to keep myself busy and look for signs of longer term recovery. Price is bouncing down a channel that has a less steep angle and is rather indecisive in its movement with a Doji and a couple reversals on the Stochastic support index. If this wasn't such a strange time, I would predict a return to the lower level of the channel and then a bounce back up to the top but I am a little concerned about the trend, the fact that we are closer to overbought on the STOCH, and not too confident in the Bullish Diversion I am seeing. Strange times indeed.
