Primera criptomoneda esponsoreada oficialmente por un gobierno: Kazajistán toma la delantera
Kazajistán está considerando una licencia estatal para un grupo lobbyista de Criptomonedas y Blockchain para promover el uso y la aceptación de la tecnología emergente. En el medio de la locura mundial por las cripto- monedas, Kazajistan se dio cuenta de la relevancia de la tendencia y de su potencial. A mediados de noviembre la "Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Association" pidió registrarse estatalmente como una entidad legal para promover las ideas de la tecnología y proponer legislación en el campo.
La asociación también pretende negociar con las universidades para implementar programas educacionales sobre tecnología blockchain.
Al mismo tiempo, tienen planes de influir en el Banco Nacional de Kazajistán para que emita "cryptotenge", o sea una versión en criptomoneda de la moneda oficial, el "Tenge Kazajo".
Mientras algunos paises han reconocido las criptomonedas como un medio oficial de pago, otros todavía se estan decidiendo. Los fundadores de la asociación creen que Kazajistán tiene que encontrar su propio camino para regular el nuevo campo.
