What do you know about BCH hardfork?

It's the most FUDed coin of 2017 and 2018. Huge potential that most people will not see because of their preconceived ideas that it's a scam being pumped by a single miner and that it has no devs.

Everything from diversion, to exclusion, to bullying, to social media spam campaigns have been tried to silence proponents, many of whom have become jaded but the vast majority of which have become increasingly tenacious and dedicated to the coin.

Through all of this negative publicity and significant price volatility on flimsy volume Bitcoin Cash (Bitcoin BCH) has showed resilience not budging under $100 line even early after the fork and has made several strong rallies above the 1500 area, hinting that it could be taking out its 4K high since the fork and go into the same territory as the pre-fork coin. Several updates have been rolled out using hard forks, which aside from the early launch hickups have worked out well.

BCH (ticker BCC is still used in some places, which was the ticker before BitConnect scam made it largely unusable) diverts from Satoshis non-essential preference to only use one client, considering the risk of centralizing client development worse than that of clients not working well together. Bitcoin Cash instead operates using several clients with their own independent development teams, the most prominent being Bitcoin ABC and Bitcoin Unlimited.

The purpose of the fork was to make Bitcoin usable as cash again and to keep it that way, by building the network per the design paper; Including keeping it Peer-to-Peer without 3rd parties, keeping fees low, scaling on chain using expert hashing nodes and allowing users to remain just users without need for any expert knowledge by using Simplified Payment Verification.

Pro Tip: Don't follow the majority. Ask questions where you are likely to receive novel information. Try to understand why Satoshi designed "Bitcoin" the concept the particular way that he did. Avoid or try to defuse community toxicity - which is still a major issues - on all sides.

Don't count on anyone being or not being Satoshi. It's irrelevant to the ideas that were already presented a long time ago. We don't even know that Satoshis more current ideas would be any better than the majoritys today.

My first answer on Musing.io. Didn't think it would show as a blogpost on Busy.org, but other than that I'm very pleased. This platform is great!

Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin!
We really need to get Roger and others using SteemIt more.
