Litecoin Explodes - Reaching All Time High
According to an article written by Tyler Durden - Most of the major trading of Lite-Coin is coming from the Chinese and Korean market - with over $1 billion trading volume in 24-hours;
Here's a full week chart for Lite-Coin/USDT showing a 67% gain from last Monday.
Hopefully some of the members here on Steemit were able to hold on for the ride and have since turned out some nice profits over the past week. It will be interesting to see how much higher Lite-Coin will go over the next few days/weeks or will we see it steady out now that LTC is near/passed an all time high.

It's been a while coming - for the past few months I think I've watched just about every other major crypto going up while Litecoin has sat still - not sure if this is connected to any specific news at all
Yes it's actually related to two events from last week. Charlie Lee resigned from Coinbase to focus on Litecoin, and Coinbase added LTC to its exchange.
It's a good thing to see a currency/stock sit still for a while, it reflects a certain price stability, unlike the crazy roller coaster the other cryptos have shown.
It has definitely been a crazy few weeks. I'm sure the rest of the summer will be the same. Keeps things interesting that's for sure.
