I believe that what would be better depends on the requirements of each person. For someone who needs to leave their home regularly for work or other commitments (average person) it would be much better to have all those functions at their fingertips, but someone who devotes himself to the world of cryptocurrencies would prefer to use a desktop computer, mainly because issues of comfort, speed and multitasking.
