nice post but i purchased nvo with litecoin through exodus....counterwallet wont let me import with litecoin private keys only btc keys..how can i claim my tokens?! help mich appreciated
@rydeon10 I have been in talks with the NVO team and some seasoned people in CounterWallet and will be making a new guide which will help others who are having issues with CounterWallet. Follow and stay tuned. Will get a guide out this week.

Hello, kozan. I invested into NVO ICO with Etherum from MyEtherWallet. Can you please suggest me any option to claim my NVO tokens on Counterwallet? I also wanted to join NVO Slack but it don't accept people without inite. Thanks
@yevgenshulga, your NVO tokens will be assigned to your BTC address that you added. Paying in an alt coin such as ether is payment, but it was based on your btc address.
Try going to https://nvo.io/#contact and contacting them through email.
