The government of Belarus has passed new laws aimed at encouraging the development of companies in the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
According to the state media agency Belta, on December 22, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree on the development of the digital economy, which legally involves the use of new technologies, such as blockchain, and at the same time offers significant tax incentives to attract business.
"Turnover, profits (income, receipts) from various operations using tokens are not taxable until January 2023."
