Full List of Weiss Cryptocurrency Ratings
Weiss Ratings has released a cryptocurrency ratings giving Ethereum a B and Bitcoin a C+ . The securities ratings agency said that ethereum was given a B rating because it "benefits from more readily upgradable technology and better speed, despite some bottlenecks."
Bitcoin was given a "fair" C+ rating because the digital currency is "encountering major network bottlenecks, causing delays and high transactions costs," according to a release. "Despite intense ongoing efforts that are achieving some initial success, Bitcoin has no immediate mechanism for promptly upgrading its software code."
It is notable that no cryptocurrency received an A. The highest ranked cryptocurrencies are Ethereum and EOS, both getting a B.

Weiss just lost credibility.
I know they are far away from credible. I myself wouldn't touch anything even remotely associated with a bank with a ten foot pole, in the crypto world. This was not intended to be taken seriously anyway, a fact known by people who know cryptocurrencies and how they work.
Wow! How out of touch can you be??? Still very interesting to see what traditional Wall Street thinks of Crypto. Although these choices almost seem random, at least they have a list, so it's making more people aware. Also, I think ranking the coins on something other than trade volume and market cap is a good idea. Trying to find the silver lining here guys...

I found a link to it in a Reddit post. Thought it would be good if others can have access to it as well

No crypto received an A because Weiss makes their living off of banks. Note that none of the top grades went to coins that just supplant fiat? 'B' for buy, 'D' for don't :) Who are these Weiss Guys anyway? It will be a good list to watch to back up your buy or sell decisions
@cavesson "'B' for buy, 'D' for don't", totally agree with you. I think this is might have a effect on people investments in cryptos from now on.
