The total hard cap for pre-ICO and ICO is 10 billion BNK. If the hard cap is not reached during the ICO, the remaining tokens will be distributed to pre-ICO and ICO participants on a pro-rata basis.
Bankera has already organized a fundraising round offering Banker (BNK) tokens for investor acquisition. It concluded a successful pre-ICO by selling 2.5 billion tokens (worth 25 million Euros) in just three weeks.

Banking for the blockchain era
Bankera is an operational fork of SpectroCoin, cryptocurrency solution service. Bankera is building a regulated bank for the blockchain era, so it means it will be a digital bank with traditional banking services (eg, giving out loans) and will support both crypto currencies and regular currencies.
Bankera is a step further than any crypto-currency exchange as Bankera will offer proper bank solutions such as IBAN accounts, payment cards and payment processing, not only for cryptocurrencies but also for cash, payment cards etc. Most importantly, Bankera will offer loans and deposits to allow its clients to get interest rates on their holdings or to borrow at a preferable rate. But it will be different from traditional banks, as for Bankera crypto will be first, so Bankera will offer such innnovative solutions as taking cryptoassets as collaterals for loans.
Backed by advisors such as Lon Wong, president of the NEM.io foundation, and Antanas Guoga, a member of the European Parliament, Bankera differs from other ICOs as it already has an MVP in the form of SpectroCoin. For this reason, clients can already try out the fiat and cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, payment processing services; and debit card solutions; or even claim IBANs.
Each holder of Banker (BNK) tokens will be entitled to a referral commission, paid weekly; this will be constituted of 20% of Bankera and SpectroCoin net transaction revenue. This will be implemented by taking 20% of Bankera's and SpectroCoin's net revenues and sending them to the smart contract. For example, if net revenues of Bankera for a week are 10,000,000 EUR, 2,000,000 EUR as referral commission will be sent to the smart contract.
Finally, the Bankera's smart contract will distribute funds (Ether and XEM) to the holders of Banker (ERC20 and NEM mosaic) tokens pro-rata. For example, if there are 50,000,000,000 BNK tokens available in total and you have 1,000,000 BNK you will receive cryptocurrency in a value of around 40 EUR.
