Real estate on blockchain is very cool. After reading, my first thought is, lending is a must for real estate. Without lending, it reduces the potential buyers on the platform to cash buyer that trust crypto. That’s very few buyers compared to homebuyers that will use lending.
Exactly and if you increase the cash flow you can get whole portfolios of properties for wholesale its outstanding
