Judgment Day is coming to an end and most of the prices are settling..
What are your thoughts on the Hardfork?
Did things go as you expected?
Personally, i had strong inclinations towards Ethereum going up through the roof due to the quick exit from Bitcoin Cash profit takers. Surpringsly, it was only a small gain.
LTC went up significantly during the hype, but still nothing crazy.
I'm really just glad its over.

Part of the reason I believe ETH and Litecoin were surging during all of this is because users are sending funds from different exchanges and wallets using these currencies and then converting them back to Bitcoin. I bought and sent a bunch of Litecoin last night during the congestion of the BTC blockchain.
That is what I assumed as well.
Thats an excellent explanation! Never thought of trading that way. Its kind of like using Lightning Networks manually... Love it!
Many altcoins rose 10-20%. My thoughts were that people bought BTC to get Bitcoin cash and now they're buying other coins. The reason this shift to altcoins hasn't resulted in a big drop in BTC is because outside/casual investors have bought bitcoin now they've seen the hardfork was a storm in a teacup. Just my theory.
I feel that the fact that this Hardfork went smoothly instilled higher casual confidence into the Market. Less technological investors will be staying with the ship.
