The problem of AI including the problem of morality. Of course, the creation of this product is a huge breakthrough in science, but the question is, we have the right to make such a breakthrough.

Not every AI is going to have personallity. We're already surrounded by AI (uber, waze etc) and most AI will not have their own personallity. It's not neccessary to have one in order to be considered AI.
But you're also partly right, because we will definetly create new generaton of slaves.

That's just reality and some poeple accept it, some people fight with it. And Im just a nobody trying to make for living in hope for better future.
Do I feel like Im a slave? not really.
But do I feel like Ive 100% freedom? Also not.
I think we're somewhere in-between. Not slaves, but not free.
