The original PacCoin has being transformed by the community. PAC as it was originally designed was failing and it was abandoned by the previous developer for years. In the fall of 2017, a new DEV team formed quickly and revived the coin. The new team with the help of the PAC community started focusing their energy on re-branding PacCoin to have a new purpose & direction. The coin has been successfully rebranded as the ‘People’s Alternative Choice’ coin.
Currently the new DEV team is working behind the scenes on the new PacCoin. The new PacCoin roadmap is being discovered by the new DEV team and the community and will be relaunched shortly around Feb 1st/2018.
There is also a bigger focus being placed on PacCoin building its momentum after this fork to be a top 10 coin in the Cryptosphere
The community is working from scratch as their is no active bounty fund or treasury to grow the coin. The PacCoin relaunch is a true grassroots effort.

I wrote this article on Paccoin 6 months ago when I bought over 2 billion coins for only $400.
