New But Not New....My Crypto Journey So Far

I got started in the world of crypto back in 2014 when my business partners and I decided to jump in on this thing called bitcoin. I had no idea what it was but my partners seemed excited so we start buying miners and basically created money...Out of thin air!

I was hooked! We started generating some great profits and learned all we could about this exciting new technology. But alas, we had the attention span of gold fish and sold all our bitcoins and litecoins when they were about 500 bucks each and 5 bucks respectfully.

Oh boy....

Fast forward to 2017 and the interest started to increase again...I'm not sure if it was feeling like an idiot for selling all our crypto in 2014 or my attraction to the tech once again, but I was back and fired up!

I started poking around and watching various YouTube channels about investing in crypto. I read quite a few books on the topic including the Blockchain Revolution by Don Tapscott. I tried to do it the 'right way' this time around instead of just mining and collecting....Errrrr....Mining, collecting and selling :(

So I started to plan my attack. A simple investment strategy of diversifying my portfolio and holding this stuff for the long term.

I'm a big believer in this tech and the possibilities it will bring. Which brings me to Steem.

I 'get' Steem and see how this platform can be so huge for this brave new world.

So I'd like to introduce myself as a noob! But a noob with a LITTLE bit of experience :)

Go slow on me, because I'm still learning and will learn new things every day! I'm excited to be here and can't wait to share my journey with you all...
