TECHNICAL UPDATE - Epic Main Net Launch Postponed
Based on feedback received from the community, we've decided to delay launch until a few targets are reached. We have consistently aimed at trying to make our mainnet launch as freely and openly available as possible.
Our devs are very comfortable with the state of the code for launch, but since there are some minor bugs in the Windows miner and no GUI wallet, the current consensus is to push back for a few days so that we can complete these targets. This will let us maximize and ensure a long term successful launch that is widely accessible to our community.
Expected Launch Date: August 13th or mid-week
We are Delaying the Launch of the Epic Cash Mainnet Once Again.
Due to the communities desire to have a fair launch we have decided to delay mainnet. This delay could be as little as 48 hours.
We are currently working on making the wallet more user-friendly.
The Windows Miner is complete but we are testing it.
We want to make sure there are mining pools available for users to participate in. If you have a pool you can join the EPIC pool Telegram.
