@abuse-watcher @hungry-griffin why no prior warning given before downvote , instead you start downvoting the content. As per your post downvoting will be last option. First you need to give a warning then if person don't follow you can downvote.
You are not following your own rules. The content can be changed no issues in that but you downvote before giving any warning. That is unfair.
First try to chase the big person who are just posting one photo and getting 20$-100$ vote. Stop chasing small people. If you want to make steemit Better place start from them so that small people automatically change.
I am not against this initiative, i like the initiative and appericiate the work, but a warning msg should be given before down. Request you to please remove the downvote.
