Group of 5 Man Punished on kidnapping a Monkey, and they deserve it

A group of 5 people who were secretly filmed kidnapping a monkey from Varandha Ghat, Maharashtra. were caught by forest officials after a long run of 10 days following them.

The incident came to the forefront when PETA reported the crime to the wildlife crime control bureau, and the Maharashtra forest department then registered a preliminary offense report on the same.

All five of the accused appeared in front of the Bhor Taluka Court and were sent to jail on a 24-hour judicial remand. The traumatized monkey is now under the care of forest authorities and will soon be returned to Varandha Ghat.

The incident came to light when a video went viral on social media showing men luring a monkey and putting it inside a car.
