RECIPE - "Orange octopus salad"

Hey, everybody. How are you? As you know the orange is high in vitamin C, so I decided to add it to this dish and so we have a very rich salad and great nutritional contribution.




INGREDIENTS Cooked octopus seasoned with garlic and parsley 2 oranges 3 small potatoes


  • First boil the potatoes for about 40 minutes and then peel and cut into pieces.
  • We add the octopus
  • And finally we peel the orange and cut it up and mix it with the rest. All we have to do is mix everything well and distribute the rations.
